Our Approach

As a new player in the market, we want to ensure everything we embark on is perfect! We are very focused on delivering a truly unique experience to old and young alike. We are committed to excite our customers with high quality, safe and innovative product range to our customers.

We have a very stringent product selection process as our aim is in the quality of the product and not quantity. As a result, we balance the investments we make prior to the introduction of each product with effective risk management skills to ensure products are safe to our valued customers.

It all starts with safety – For the peace of mind for our customers, all products are tested for safety, durability, compliance and hazardous chemicals.  The entire team at Fingerhop work closely with the manufacturers to make sure every product not only meets the Australian & New Zealand regulations but also Fingerhop’s strict standards of quality as well as consumer expectations.
